Explore and gather. As you feel comfortable, we’ll explore your goals and desires for therapy, and I’ll ask you more about your life, past and present.
Support and process. Guided by your goals, we’ll use therapeutic approaches best suited to your needs to identify, heal and process your concerns.
Reflect and respond. As you move towards your goals and feel more empowered, we will decide when to mindfully close our work together.
