If one more person says, “You must be so excited!”…

You don’t know what you’re going to say. You might even explode. While you’re holding it all together on the outside, you’re completely overwhelmed on the inside — waking every night with racing thoughts, going through your day questioning every decision, and feeling disconnected from who you are.

At a time when you’re most vulnerable, you feel pressure to pretend, explain, justify, and bargain for more space and understanding. Even with a loving support system, you’re somehow more lonely than you’ve ever been.

This is the happiest time of life, isn’t it? It sure doesn’t feel that way. I’m here to remind you that

All of your emotions in this season deserve space.

Supporting women through the

Confusing, lonely parts of life

Since I was thirteen, I’ve carried a quiet fear about my body, my fertility, and what the future might hold. When my physical symptoms were finally diagnosed as endometriosis, it still didn’t give me all the answers.

After hitting more than a few rock bottom moments, I realized we all deserve support to stay connected to our mind, body, and spirit, even if we’re not clinically depressed or anxious.

I became determined to become the supportive person I needed through the pain and uncertainty.

Whether it’s fertility, pregnancy, loss, or simply the weight of all the expectations wrapped up in womanhood, these experiences are complex and often invisible to everyone else.

But not here.

How to get started with Moon Rise Therapy

1. Book a free consultation

We’ll schedule a short 15–20 minute video or phone call. This is a chance for you to share a little about what’s bringing you here, ask any questions, and get a feel for what it’s like to work together. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll book your first session.

2. Share what you want from therapy

Before we meet, you’ll receive some simple forms to fill out, giving me a sense of your background, your hopes for therapy, and a few logistics. You’re welcome to take your time with this part.

3. Set goals

We’ll gently explore what’s feeling heavy right now and what you’re hoping for through therapy. You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly where to start because we’ll figure it out together, at your pace.

4. Ongoing sessions

Our work together is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your season of life. Some clients meet weekly or biweekly in the beginning to build momentum and safety. Over time, we may space sessions out as things begin to settle and integrate.
