Therapy for Women’s Health & Well-being.

Ready to take a closer look at the roots of all that worry and stress, and grow towards feeling more connected and present in your life?

Hi, I’m Ella.

I’m a therapist with a master’s degree in counselling psychology, and I specialize in supporting women as they navigate concerns related to their health, well-being, and perinatal experiences.

〰️

I help my clients by offering a space where they can feel seen, validated, and safe to explore their inner landscape of protectors and exiled parts.

Being a woman in this world comes with a lot of pressure. We often place very high expectations on ourselves, and push through so we can find a way to do it all.

Whether you’re navigating stress and anxiety, facing a health challenge, preparing for pregnancy, or deep in a postpartum chapter,

I see you, and I’m here for you.

You are carrying a lot, and you may be feeling:

✔️ an immense pressure to ‘get it right’.

✔️ the near constant inner battle to believe you’re ‘good enough’.

✔️ stress about motherhood—wanting kids, not wanting kids, fertility, parenting—you name it.

✔️ feeling lost about how to define yourself outside of your role as a parent, partner, or professional.

✔️ disconnected from your own body.

✔️ high anxiety you just can’t get rid of.

Any of that sound familiar?

I’m glad you’re here.

I work with my clients to…

🌱 Feel safe, seen, and held in therapy.

🌱 Cultivate awareness and build a trusting relationship between the mind and body.

🌱 Feel empowered to create boundaries and self-advocate for their well-being.

🌱 Identify and support the many ‘parts’ of self that are so hard at work to protect them from pain.

🌱 Create a relationship with themselves that is loving, compassionate, and supportive.

Registered Clinical Counsellor

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor dedicated to supporting others wade through the murky, uncomfortable, sometimes painful, parts of life. By moving through challenges with counselling support, there are so many more opportunities to reflect, explore, process, grow, and to reconnect more deeply with the self.

I specialize in perinatal mental health which spans pre-pregnancy, like reproductive health and navigating conception, all the way through pregnancy, birth, and the early years of parenthood.

My experiences navigating the health and fertility challenges of endometriosis, perinatal depression, and pregnancy loss, have guided me towards the work I am honoured to be doing today.

25 Days of Mindfulness

Don’t worry—Mindfulness isn’t all long meditation sessions and breath work patterns to memorize. Those are wonderful ways to be in the present moment, but it’s also helpful to have a collection of practices up your sleeve to try over a morning coffee/tea, ponder on your commute, or incorporate into your evening routine.

This E-book is just that! It also incorporates an accompanying journal page for each practice to help track what works best for you.
