Pause for a moment and take a few calming breaths, allowing yourself to settle into a slower pace.
Throughout your day, pay attention to small moments that feel pleasant or uplifting. These could be the warmth of a tea or coffee cup in your hands, a beautiful view, or a kind word from someone.
Write down or mentally note one or two of these “glimmers” by the end of the day. It can be helpful to have a journal nearby to record these and reflect back later.
