Hello, I’m Ella.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and I have designed this collection of mindfulness practices to help support your mental health this winter. With the low light, the pressure as another year comes to a close, and the overwhelm that can come from the many obligations at this time of year, I was inspired to create something helpful & fun to help boost your mental health, and encourage new practices & habits to carry with you into 2025.
